Return&refund policy

1.Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving your item.

 

2.Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Order number, photos (especially of the damage) are required.

 

3.Non-Returnable Items / Exclusions

  • We do not accept returns if the product has been used or installed, even if there is no quality issue.

 

4.Return Process

  • Contact us at info@1carpartswholesale.com to initiate the return process with photos of your product and shipping label, the reason for the return, and your order number.
  • If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

 

5.Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect, incorrect items shipped, missing parts or components, the return shipping cost will be borne by the merchant.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons such as no longer wanting the product , being dissatisfied with it or want to exchange it, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

 

6.Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  •  If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7.Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a separate new order for the replacement. If the exchange is not related to a quality issue, the customer will be responsible for the restocking fee.

 

8.Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at info@1carpartswholesale.com within 7 days with picutre. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
