Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

  • If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Restocking Fee

  •  Before shipping: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing charges.
  •  After shipping: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

We will cover return shipping costs for the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is not what you ordered.
  • We delivered to the wrong address.

We will provide a return shipping label and handle refunds or exchanges, with no restocking fee borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in the following cases:

  • The return is due to personal preference (e.g., dislike, wrong item ordered, change of mind).
  • The provided shipping address was incorrect or undeliverable.
  • The return was made without prior authorization.
  • The product has been opened, used, or is no longer in resellable condition.
  • The exchange request is not related to a quality issue.

In cases unrelated to product quality, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost and restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • For non-product-related cancellations or cancellations due to seller errors, the customer will be responsible for the restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at info@1carpartswholesale.com as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a separate new order for the replacement. If the exchange is not related to a quality issue, the customer will be responsible for the restocking fee.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  •  If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
