Shipping policy

1.Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 0-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Processing begins after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 11 PM PST may process the next business day.

 

2.Domestic Shipping (United States Only) 

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders to the contiguous 48 states.
  • Exclusions: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and certain rremote U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for large items.

 

3.Shipping Costs & Additional Fees

  • Free standard shipping to contiguous US (as noted above).

 

4.Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard transit time: 3–5 business days after processing (total 3–7 business days from order placement).
  • Times vary by location, carrier, and order size. Rural or residential deliveries may take longer.

6.Order Tracking

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • Track your package directly through the carrier's website.
  • For assistance, contact us with your order number.


7.Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit: Contact us within 30 days of estimated delivery. We will assist with carrier claim and may issue refund/replacement.
  • Damaged upon arrival: Contact us within 3 days with photos. We will arrange return/replacement (see Return Policy for details).
  • We are not liable for delays caused by carrier, or force majeure.

 

8.Order Changes / Cancellation Policy

  • Within 6 hours of placing your order: You may request to cancel the order entirely or modify it (for example: add/remove products, change quantities, replace items with different ones, update the shipping address, or adjust the shipping method), provided the order has not yet entered our processing queue.

  • After 6 hours or once processing begins (typically within 0–2 business days, as noted in our Order Processing Time section): Neither cancellations nor modifications are possible. In such cases, please wait for delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy for any returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
