At 1CarPartsWholesale, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, you must request the return within 30 days of receiving your item.


2. Return Eligibility

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be uninstalled
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Product must remain suitable for resale
  • Original packaging is preferred whenever possible
  • Order number is required
  • Photos may be required (especially for damaged items)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For quality control and resale reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Installed products
  • Items showing signs of installation
  • Automotive parts with mounting marks
  • Automotive parts with bolt marks
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

These items are not eligible for refunds.


4. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Reason for the return

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Return authorization details

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Address

Please contact our customer service team before sending any return.

We will provide the correct return address after your request is approved.

Do not send your return to the address listed on your package.

That address may not be our authorized return facility and may delay your refund processing.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Covered by 1CarPartsWholesale

We will cover return shipping costs if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product has manufacturing defects
  • Components are missing

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to:

  • Ordering the wrong product
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Style preference changes
  • Other non-quality-related reasons

For customer-remorse returns:

A flat $25 return shipping label fee will be deducted from the final refund.


Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.


6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing takes approximately 3 business days

Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Return the original product

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

If the exchange is unrelated to product quality issues, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
